This beer has all of the character of lager with the body of a dark beer. Serve ice cold. OG 1040 to 1044. Brewing Volume 23 litres. ABV approx (% vol.) 4. 6%. Colour Deep Red ale. Hop Key Ingredient Light to medium hop. Malt Medium. The Connoisseurs beer kits require Dry Malt Extract 1kg or 1kg of sugar can also be used for a lighter bodied beer.
