The grapes are all organic, and are fermented separately in cement before blending. They are grown on sandy clay and limestone soils, giving the wine a mouthwateringly juicy fruit profile. Enjoy it with Grilled eggplant, herby lentils, and a creamy turmeric tahini. You'll get notes of macerated raspberries, red currants, tied together by soft earthy tannins. It also has a beautiful light ruby hue
