It is a red and white field blend of Tinto Roriz, Touriga Nacional, Touriga France, Tinta Barroca, and Malvasia Fina. A short 10 day maceration with gentle extraction and aging entirely in tank, to preserve its simplicity and gentle fruit flavor.
