Part 4 at the bottom of the front door is the same on the Discovery 3 and Discovery 4 - this panel is black textured plastic on both panels so you don't need to change this

Gently prise the existing vent with a plastic trim removal tool (or similar) to release the plastic clips

Pull to release the 2 location pins at the bottom and then remove the grille
