I dyed the yarn black with short segments of burgundy rose, sea foam green, bright blue, and lilac fairly evenly spaced around the skein. Unlike the other butterfly colorways which were inspired by particular butterfly species, this one is pure imagination. : ) YARN BASE I dyed it on Quick and Cozy Bulky, which is a 3 ply yarn made of 100% superwash merino. This base is great when you
