Azienda Agricola Erbaluna 'Rocche dell'Annunziata' Barolo DOCG, 2010 (1.5L) basque cider Finished in stainless steel forThis Barolo is classically made of 100% Nebbiolo. We would pair it with greek yogurt crusted lamb chops drizzled with a seared lemon, with sides of pickled onion and broccolini. The grapes are from 20+ year old vines on calcium rich clay soils providing them with excellent minerality, roundness, and moisture. Fermentation lasts for 15 days in stainless steel, and as is the rule in Barolo, the juice is aged for 2 years large barrels and at least 14
