Bodegas Torres Altos Ibéricos Crianza Rioja, 2019 Welschriesling elegant Riesling aromasThis wine is made from 100% Tempranillo, sourced from the higher altitude and cooler sub region of Rioja, called Rioja Alavesa. We would pair it with a grilled flank steak, sliced and topped with a fresh chimichurri. This wine is much fresher and more vibrant than traditional Rioja, as the cooler climate allows the grapes to develop more acidity and less ripe dark fruit. It is very light and elegant, showing lots of fresh red berry fruit and very
