Cavallotto 'Pinner' Pinot Nero Bianco Langhe, 2024 LALO Brewed with base malt andThis wine is made of 100% Pinot Nero. We would pair it with an herby and lemony chicken piccata. The wine is direct pressed, and comes out as a white wine, with aromatic and textural complexity. The wine is fermented in stainless steel and aged on its lees for 9 months before release. It is delicious as it is unique, and is quite the sensory experience.
