BP-3i : 8.4volt replacement rechargeable insert - goes inside ICOM BP-3 KXTC1447 HYDRO LIFEThe BP 3i is a battery INSERT; it is an 8. 4volt 350mAh Nickel Cadmium assembly that goes inside a BP 3 or CM 3 style battery pack (for ICOM). The original pack unscrews open, and some soldering is required for removal of old insert, and installation of new one.
