Brewing instructions: To make authentic chai, heat half milk & half water on the stove. Put one heaping teaspoon of masala tea per cup of liquid in the water while heating. Also add sweetener of choice. Bring to boil while watching closely so your milk doesn't boil over. When it bubbles up, stir down twice as it bubbles up
