This particular piece features Cupid holding a bottle and displays the pale colouring typical of the Chelsea factory. The gold bail and seal base are both present on this Georgian piece. These seals would have been given as love tokens by the rich and famous of the day. Features the motto in red, "L'ARGENT FAIT TOUT" or "money does everything". From Bryant's The
