Grapes are manually harvested, then direct pressed. Fermentation occurs in unlined cement vats until the wine is dry, which equates to equal or less than 2 grams of residual sugar. As a nice complement to its dryness, the wine explodes with mouthwatering fresh strawberry and red ruby grapefruit. Enjoy it with a flavorful roast chicken
