It is a blend of Garganega, Trebbiano, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, and Soarin. A beautifully structured wine ripe with flavors of apricot, lemon zest, apple, pear, and saline. Pair it with black garlic soy honey braised chicken thighs, white rice, and steamed broccoli.
