Spatlese, or "late harvest" is a rich and sweet Riesling, with ripping acidity. The palette is coated with amazing honeyed citrus and pear notes that are washed away quickly due to the acidity. While this wine is perfect for an after dinner drink, it will also go well with spicy bbq pulled pork or Szechuan dishes.
