Cleto Chiarli ‘Vecchia Modena Nero’ Lambrusco Grasparossa munich and Citrus100% Lambrusco Grasparossa. The darker, more lush wine from the Lambrusco family, and likely the style we are most familiar with. Bold, jammy fruit, held in place by a dry, refreshing minerality that makes it a perfect wine for the dinner table. Pair this with a sweet glazed protein honey glazed chicken thighs, or pomegranate molasses glazed salmon.
