Slow Down You're Doing Fine Select Art Type:Canvas Quite the contraryI came to a point in my hustle harder mentality that I physically could do no more. I was running at max capacity constantly and it still wasnt enough. I was left empty, perpetually overwhelmed, burnt out, fearful, and discontent. Thats not the way to live! Slowing down and saying no are scary things and I still struggle. It doesnt happen in a day its a constant choice, but one that is worth it. I hope this print serves as a pretty reminder.
