The winery gets its names from the high altitude old vine vineyards that make up the estate. A new take on a classic style, this wine is rich with a strong acidic backbone, layered with flavors of Lemon, toast, orange peel, almond, and green apple. Cellaring will reward you as will pairing this wine with rich soy glazed salmon, swordfish steaks, or vegetarian cuisine.
