Slide the frame over a stall board, arena board or fence. Put hay net inside frame putting every 5th or so loop onto the hooks around edge of frame. Load desired amount of hay into frame, then pull bag up off frame, tighten string and you're done. Note: Not to be used as a feeding device, only use to fill hay nets. Never allow horse to eat hay from net while still on
