Apply after cleaning with Saddler's TLC. Saddler's Preservative protects new leather and restores used, neglected leather. Bee wax added makes Saddler's Preservative water resitsant. Saddler'sPerservative softerns leather more quickly and gives it a non damaging protective coat. It is better to use two light coats rather than one heavy coat.
