Rovellotti 'Chioso dei Pomi' Ghemme DOCG, 2016 Montepulciano A bone dry 100% RieslingA classic expression of Alto Piemonte Nebbiolo with a splash of Vespolina, this 2016 Ghemme shows an enticing garnet hue with a fragrant nose of dried cherry, rose petal, raspberry and subtle violet, layered with earthy tobacco and mineral nuances from extended aging. On the palate its medium bodied with fine grained tannins, vibrant acidity and savory red fruit framed by spice and mineral complexity, finishing long and refined. Pair it with braised
