Schenker 'Mōrena' New Zealand Pilsner Bical Temperature controlled fermentation by selectedMrena is brewed with a blend of German Pilsner malts and flaked wheat and goes through our intensive step mash regimen to maximize flavor, fermentability, and head retention. In the kettle, we added German Perle, German Saaz, and a whirlpool addition of Motueka. Post fermentation, we added a modest dry hop addition of Nelson Sauvin and Riwaka. Mrena means "Good Morning!" in Mori and this beer is dedicated to the hard working folks at Freestyle Hops.
