Railsback Frères 'Les Rascasses' Vieilles Vignes de Cinsault Rosé, 2024 chard and oreganoThis vintage of Les Rascasses is drawn entirely from 75 year old Cinsault vines, grown on limestone soils just above the Mediterranean. They are low yielding and dry farmed, resulting in some of the most concentrated ros you may have ever sipped on. It is pale and bright, familiar to southern French blush, but anchored by a saline, mineral backbone tied through with wild berry flavors and aromatics.
