Weingut A. Christmann 'Aus Den Lagen' Spätburgunder, 2022 lylesupper It is produced using an100% Pinot Noir from vineyards in two separate towns in the Pfalz of Germany. The 'Aus Den Lagen' line of wines aims to showcase single varietal, estate grown grapes in specific microclimates, of Ersten Lagen and Grossen Lagen quality. The wine is vinified with 30% whole clusters, and sees 18 months of barrel. It is very much Burgundian in style, and is reminiscent of the "featherweight" wines of the Beaune.
