The table top is deeply and finely carved with geometric devices and inlaid with star shaped mother of pearl, the table has a border of carved Thuluth Arabic script, which loosely translates as: "From all corners of the Earth blessings and good health to the owner". The shaped skirt at the front and rear is also inlaid
