It covers the fasteners to make it look stylish. They eyelet in the bolt is for pass through of a caliper mounting bolt or threaded bolt through your fork crown. Bolt length is 12mm. The set includes a leather washer. Bolt Size : 6mm Bolt Length : 17mm
