A modern 18ct and brilliant cut diamond 5 stone diamond ring with approximately one carat of bright white clean diamonds
The N is surmounted by a viscount’s coronet which was an appointment made after his victory at the Battle of the Nile in 1798 and the B is surmounted by a ducal coronet representing the Sicilian dukedom of Bronte which was conferred by Ferdinand IV of the Two Sicilies in 1779
This piece has Portuguese hallmarks and is marked "Topaz Portugal"
The two central diamonds are emerald-cut and are approximately 45 points each
