Ashokan Junmai Ginjo Sake Rice The original version included wormwoodMade with 100% domestically grown sake brewers rice (Yamada Nishiki), this Junmai Ginjo is light bodied, crisp, and refreshing. Brooklyn Kuras first foray into blending gives this sake a delicate texture with light, crisp and refreshing notes of green apple and nectarine. Named for the Ashokan Reservoir, a vital source of New York Citys renowned water supply, this sake pays homage to the purity and balance of the systems that sustain life in the city
