The hinged lid having four recessed panels enclosing substantial storage that is clean & aroma free. The front of the chest with four corresponding panels, each is finely & deeply carved with diamond shaped lozenges and foliate carving. The coffer having spiral helix twist carving to the sides and the base, above is a frieze of hobnail and
