El Enemigo Malbec -2022 (750ml) Size:750ml which is very pleasant90% Malbec, 10% Cabernet Franc from Gualtallary, Tupungato, 1470 m 4822 ft. Fermented with indigenous yeasts, maximum temperature of 29 C (84 F) for 20 days, followed by a 15 day infusion with minimal movement. Aged 15 months in foudre (50%), barrel (25%), tank (25%). 2022 was an exceptional year from every possible qualitative standpoint.
