This is an oversized hair bow that when worn, the little horns peak up above your head! I love these bows so much! So cute! These are made with a satin or velvet fabric; the inside has a strong interfacing in the core that allows the bow to curve slightly and fit against the head. There is also a light wire placed at the bottom of the base of the bow,
