Corralejo Tequila Reposado (750ml) Richey the Betz 2009 Clos deDelicate fragrances of pine needle and green olive greet the olfactory sense in the first two minutes of sniffing; additional air contact unleashes peppercorn, brine, fennel, lead pencil, and a faint hint of honey. Palate entry shows dry, astringent tastes of agave, hemp and resin followed at midpalate by integrated flavors of light caramel, cream, metal and milk chocolate.
