In early spring it brings a lovely splash of bright colour to go with all the pretty bulbs and woodland flowers such as Hellebores, Daffodils, Snowdrops, etc. Trumpet shaped, bright pink blooms turn to cobalt blue as they age. They are in fact a first cousin to the forget me not!
