The nose is sweet with vanilla, brown sugar, baked apple, and a touch of cinnamon sugar. Sipping reveals flavors of french vanilla ice cream doused in caramel sauce along with baking spice, light fruits, and toasted oak. The sweet oak finish invites another sip. Bottled at 43% abv.
