Bordelet "Sidre de Soif" Explore_Fruity Aging: 2 months on leesProduced from fruit off of 50+ year old trees, this unique bottling falls in between Bordelets Sidre Tendre & Brut Tendre in residual sugar density. Weighing in at 2 3%RS, the aim is to be in a fresher style than his bottled ciders. Less skin maceration makes for a more refreshing cider that will be even more versatile, especially with cheese. As usual, sugar is never added and alcohol levels remain very low.
