Structured short sleeves with two layers of fabric. Slight Basque waist with two pleats in the front. Slit in the side. The back of the waist has elastic that may have been added by the previous owner. Not lined. No label. Fabric is synthetic and has some stretch. Add your own wide black patent belt.
