Excellent condition, no flaws to note Waist measurements are in photos. Because its a wrap skirt you can get away comfortably with a 24 waist up to a 27 waist. I wouldnt go larger than that. Color best shown in first photo. The photos on the dress form give off a brown hue which isnt accurate.
