The jacket is missing a button on the bottom & the top button is loose. A simple tightening of the top button will fix that. The measurements are as follows: Jacket: Pit to Pit: 16" across Shoulder to Cuff: 23. 5" Top to Bottom: 29" Hip: 17" across Pants: Waist: 18" across Inseam: 28" Rise: 10"
