Sleeves have horizontal pleating snd handkerchief lace trimmed hems. The ruffled flounce has a double layer of netting. There are gorgeous wide lace inserts above the waist and on the skirt. At the bottom of the skirt there is a sweet floral embroidery above a scalloped lace panel and a ruffled tulle hem. The dress closes in back with hooks
