Sleeves are 5 long from top of shoulder to cuff. Length from top of shoulder to waist seam is 16. Has tie at neck, pleated bodice, swingy skirt and short cuffed sleeves. Fabric is drapey rayon crepe, unlined. Label reads Boden. Excellent condition with no holes or stains. True colors are grey background with hot pink, chartreuse, pale
