Blouse buttons down the back with self covered buttons

should fit a 24" a little tight  It would be relatively easy to make the waist larger by simply putting a new piece of overlapping grosgrain ribbon to replace the current waistband if desired

I'm unsure of the fabric content but it's very soft to the touch

The beading seems to be all present

1930s Reptile Stamped Pumps 40s_purse Vest is 14" long1930s reptile stamped leather pumps with a foldover tongue enclosing an adjustable strap. These shoes are in beautiful condition, looks like they may have been only worn once or twice. There is some darkening to the straps, but this may be age related or simply a variation in the leather. I couldn't make out a size in the letters and numbers inside the shoe, they fit like a modern 6 6. 5. They measure: 9 1 2" long 3" across the ball 2. 5" heel.
