Puffed sleeves A line with mandarin collar. Tie Back. Bust Chest 36. This dress was included in a lot of 40s 50s dresses recently purchased so will include it in the same timeframe. AN investigation into the Horrendous CHUBETTE label (Beautiful clothing, just not a good brand name) lead me to the 1940s and beyond. The fabric label also: Galey and Lord was an interesting search.
