The fabric seems to be a red woven cotton blend middle weight fabric (perfect for winter) with a white dot design weaved in. Dress has a round neck and bib, which consists of: mirrors, flower and leaf embroidery and variations of the woven fabric in bright warm yellow and green. Sleeves are roomy and 3 4 length. Dress has many seams, front and back that open to long
