No tags, but the fabric is a short nap heavy weight black velveteen. The dress is decorated with gold metallic soutache embroidery though out. Round neck, A line kaftan has side slits at hem. Sleeves are set in and straight to just above the elbow, than trumpet out to a circular flounce style, really spectacular! Fastens in back with gold knot buttons and loops. The dress has been altered at
