1990s Thierry Mugler Yellow Textured Cotton Dress Sweet_16_Dress with lots of fabric toThis is such a great fitted example of Thierry Muglers genius with superb and complex construction details from the cap sleeves through to the V panelled and shaped bodice. The skirt has wide, flamboyant front facing pockets on the fitted tulip shaped skirt. The back of the dress echoes the front with shaped panelling but the dress fastens with a full length set of poppers. The waistband, only visible from the back transforms into a fabric belt tie as
