60s Sailor Collar Black Lace A-line Dress 1930s fabric Front is micro pleatedThis sailor style 1960s dress in black lace is a youthful, day to cocktail dress in a versatile length, not too short to wear to work, but not too long either! The sheer black cotton (or cotton blend) crochet lace in a floral pattern is lined with black taffeta. The sailor collar and neck tie are edged with pretty looped cording. The dress has flattering, vertical seaming from bust to hips; below the hips the skirt is A line, flared to the hem. The
