Great condition with jute and cotton weave 2 inches wide. 23 inches long in relaxed state but can stretch maximum 25 comfortably, will fit 26 a little snug. Buckle is plastic resin with "encased" chambray fabric design. Buckle is 2. 5 x 3 inches. Great Condition with Tight stretch and buckle also in great condition with no flaws to note.
