Handstitched onto what looks like silk velvet ribbon. Measures: Fits my average neck, its currently approx 14 circumference. Fastener is approx 3 1 4 across total. Appears to be enough extra ribbon to enlarge if required, if you unpick some stitches similarly you could make smaller if needed. Condition: Ribbon shows some minor signs of age but no
