70’s White Twill Banded Beret Hat vintage mosaic dress Soft cotton/poly blend1970's white corded banded beret. Seamed crown with a left front grosgrain bow. Interior is a white twill with a petersham ribbon. No label other than a size tag of 22. Excellent condition showing little to no wear or age. Inner circumference of the band is 21 inches.
