60’s Navy Blue Pixie Hat by Jacques Chapeaux green button up Inner circumference measures 20 1/2"1960's banded pixie style hat. Body consists of navy blue voile all in tucks narrowing until it hits a peak. Edge is a solid band of fabric with a small front bow. Interior is finished with a flexible netting along with the standard petersham ribbon. Label is Jacques Chapeaux. Inner circumference is 21 inches. Excellent condition showing no wear or age.
