It reminds me of the work of famed Mexican sculptor and jeweler Roberto Ballesteros. The three dimensional scalloped design also recalls the exaggerated shell shapes in Botticelli's The Birth of Venus, mixed with some Art Deco exaggeration. It is stamped 925 for sterling
